It's a mental wellness initiative started by UpLife where everyone is given a platform to share their thoughts and ideas. The goal is to reach new perspectives, insights, and solutions to everyday problems. A wide range of topics are discussed including mental wellness, everyday hacks, epigenetics, chakras, emotions, purpose of life etc.
