Studies have shown that certain types of sound can have a positive effect on the body & mind.

During a sound healing session using Tibetan bowls, we typically place the bowls on or near the body, and use a mallet to produce the sounds and vibrations. The client may lie down or sit comfortably, and simply listen to the sounds as they wash over them.

Sound healing is also used as a form of rejuvenation, as it is believed to help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance to the body's natural frequencies.
