Hello, I’m Smriti Agrawal, a passionate and empathetic psychologist who believes in the unique strengths each individual carries. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling Practice) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. I work from a trauma-informed lens and draw from various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Humanistic and Narrative approaches, as well as solution-focused and strengths-based techniques.
