Workplaces are systems that are powered by people. As an organisational psychologist, I’ve always been drawn to the question: What truly helps people feel seen, supported, and able to do their best work? I hold a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Exeter, UK, and have trained in both social science and applied organisational frameworks. My experience spans across sectors, working with teams, leaders, and culture-shapers to build psychologically safe, emotionally intelligent, and performance-driven environments. At UpLife, I bring this lens into everything we do from decoding the behavioural patterns that affect collaboration, designing workshops that shift team dynamics, to coaching leaders to respond (not just react) in high-pressure situations. What sets our work apart is depth and customisation. I don’t believe in pre-packaged frameworks or surface-level interventions.
