I was initially sceptical about this internship due to my past experiences of boring online courses and internships. I am extremely glad that I did enroll for it because the experience was amazing.Everything I learnt from the classes left me craving for more knowledge. I cannot believe that I got my childlike curiosity back. This internship was beyond a learning experience for me. I am over the moon with the knowledge, connections, environment and support provided to me. My fellow interns were amazing and I learnt a lot from them. It feels unreal that I also made some friends here. I am overwhelmed by the happiness this internship has brought me. Uplife does live by its motto. I feel like a new person now.

Yes, all our mentors, therapists, and facilitators are certified professionals with formal training in psychology and mental health. Most of them are alumni of prestigious institutions and bring years of clinical and wellness experience to guide you effectively.
This focuses on how therapy actually happens, not just theory. This helps you learn therapies to address various emotional concerns. You’ll learn through role plays, mock sessions, case discussions, assessments, and supervised practice, so you understand session flow, therapist responses, and ethical decision-making in real situations.
You can choose internship hours that align with your college requirements. We provide structured documentation, attendance records, and completion certificates to support university submissions. You can also discuss specific needs with the team before enrolling.
This internship values responsibility and professional discipline. While we understand occasional difficulties, consistent attendance and timely submissions are essential for meaningful learning, certification, and Letters of Recommendation.
Once you have registered for a course or internship, you will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place because we reserve limited seats for each batch, and every seat represents a valuable training opportunity.
If you are unable to successfully complete the internship due to missed classes, incomplete requirements, or insufficient participation, a certificate will not be issued. We maintain high standards of training and certification, and certificates are awarded only to participants who meet the completion criteria.
We understand that unforeseen and genuine circumstances may sometimes affect participation. However, due to the structure of our programs and resource allocation, we are unable to offer refunds, batch transfers, or deferrals to future batches under any circumstances.

The internship covers 240 hours including live classes, recorded lectures, reading materials, assignments, reflective learning, video learnings, peer discussions
The internship covers 320 hours including live classes, recorded lectures, reading materials, assignments, reflective learning, video learnings, peer discussions and role plays.
The internship covers 540 hours including live classes, recorded lectures, reading materials, assignments, reflective learning, video learnings, peer discussions and role plays.
