Healing at UpLife is not simply about rest, it's about experiencing the deeper relationship between mind, body, and spirit. Our retreats integrate psycho-spiritual practices with the science of psychology to provide an environment where mind and soul come together.

 

Participants in our previous retreats have had breakthroughs that remained with them for much longer than their return of old habits; in addition to gaining clarity in the direction of life, and growing resilience to meet challenges with poise.

 

What distinguishes us is our evidence-based, integrative process. We don't provide relaxation; we respectfully interact with the nervous system, subconscious, and emotional body to initiate real change. This is healing for the entire individual, not merely the symptoms.

It was the last day of our retreat with UpLife, and I only had one feeling in my heart, satisfaction. I was where I was supposed to be. It felt like I had finally found my place. Conversations that I usually kept to myself, it was for the first time that I opened up in a group setting. I felt that my thoughts have found a sync here.

    Because you deserve time to reconnect with yourself. Our retreats offer more than rest - they offer transformation. Through therapy-based practices, healing rituals, nature immersion, creative expression, and soulful conversation, you'll rediscover balance, purpose, and peace. You'll leave not just refreshed, but renewed from within.
  • Why do you host retreats?
    Our motto is simple yet powerful: “To cleanse you from the inside out.” We believe true healing starts by going deep - releasing mental clutter, emotional residue, and energetic blockages. From there, you realign with your most authentic, grounded self.
  • What is the duration of your retreats?
    Most of our retreats span 3 to 5 days, giving you enough time to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a nurturing environment.
  • Will I receive individual healing?
    Absolutely. We keep our retreat groups intentionally small so that each participant receives personal care, attention, and space to be truly seen and supported.
  • Can couple, friends and family attend this?
    Of course! We welcome partners, best friends, siblings, or coworkers. It can be a beautiful way to connect and grow together - while also experiencing personal reflection
  • What if I am introverted or shy?
    That’s completely okay. Our facilitators are trained to create a gentle, welcoming space where every personality feels seen and respected. You can share at your own pace - or just observe if that feels better.
  • Are the facilitators trained professionals?
    Yes. Our retreats are led by licensed therapists, wellness practitioners, and trained healers from respected institutions, with experience in psychological and spiritual care.
